You may request a refund for the $5 expanded report within seven calendar days of purchase. A reason is welcome because it helps improve the product, but it is not required for an eligible request.
How to request it
Email support@ikigaicareertest.com from the address used at checkout. Include the approximate purchase date and, if available, the Polar receipt or order identifier. Do not send card details.
Delivery failures and duplicate charges
If payment succeeds but the report is not delivered, contact support. We will attempt prompt redelivery or issue a refund. Suspected duplicate charges should be reported as soon as possible so the order records can be checked.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method. The time needed to appear in your account is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
What this purchase is
The $5 charge is for an immediately generated digital report. It is not a deposit, donation, waitlist fee, pre-order, subscription, or credit toward human consulting.
